So their pizza is really and about the going price of take out around here. But their consistency is lacking and they cheap out... on napkins and ketchup packets. I never get any unless I ask while other places give them with every order. I also found itstrange that they don't provide bread with their house salads. The pizza tasted good, it was my first time going here. The only thing we didn't like was, the guy that took our order and... money started making our pizza with no gloves nor washed his hands. I have ordered from this location, for several years. Every time I have called in - they have delivered. This evening, they... took my info - told me 45-50 minutes. After 1:20, I called, to have some girl tell me she had to connect me to the manager. The manager said they didn?t get my number, didn?t have my address - so they could nit deliver/call back. Seriously????? Firsttime I. Years - and you don?t have caller ID????? I have seen other people posting about this - extremely disappointed. Won?tpurchase from them again. It?s about time I write a review for this place, I?m in here at least once a week usually. First, their prices are great.... Second, the food is always fast but great quality. Third, the staff is wonderful and I?ve never had a bad experience. My go tofavs are the turkey sub or the extra large deal with curly crispers. Seriously, try this place out- you won?t regret it. Edit:I wanted to add that a lot of the reviews on here are really selfish and rude. Hiring people to work in places like food serviceright now is incredibly difficult. If someone is a bit rushed on the phone, or delivery isn?t available, or something isdelayed, I?m quite sure it?s because they just don?t have the staff. If it?s that much of an issue, I suggest you have your kidsgo work for them and help with the staffing shortage. Otherwise, just pick your food up yourself! The food is actually really good which is why I gave them the two stars but the service has declined greatly. Ordered pizza and... wings. When my order was delivered the toppings were incorrect and they didn?t bring the sauce for the wings. So I called andasked for a small plain pizza and they agreed. An hour later called them back and was told their district manager put the pizzain the pickup bin. Was asked if I still wanted it. Well heck no. Dinner was hour and a half ago.
