Food was delicious as I have always experienced at this Panera.
This Panera location has deteriorated badly in the last 8 to 12 months. Management here is very lacking. This location is... constantly out of products despite never being very busy. And they are always blaming the delivery service. Why is it that thisis the only Panera location in the area that has this problem? Go to Bridegeville, the galleria or even washington and you neversee these problems. How bad do you have to be to be worse that WASHINGTON???? And i am tired of walking in and seeing thesupposed manager sitting around laughing and BSing with other employees and customers. This guy needs to shut up and run thislocation better. Train your employees, clean your restaurant and most of all provide the food and drinks that are on yourmenu! My guess is this manager does not order products on time or he does not plan properly becasue he is too busy talking toeveryone. And it shows. Walk into the Galleria location at noon and its packed all the time. And they are never out of food ordrinks. McMurray is empty. And it used to be packed before this iteration of management took over. I like Panera and I likethat there is one so close to where I live. But my prediction is that if this continues this location will go out of businesswithin a year. Sad. Read more
Double and triple check your order before you leave. There have been a multitude of times things were missing or incomplete.... Panera makes yummy stuff but the staff should tell the customer that there's no avocado available. Don't just leave it of thesandwich or salad. Update: I'm done with this location. Most of the time they're out of half the things we order. Read more

I do curbside pick up at this location. From my experience, the quality has been the great Panera standard that I anticipate. A... couple of times, they weren't able to complete my order for different reasons, and they made it up to me with a free cookie. Isometimes hope I don't get what I've ordered so I can get the free cookie. Read more
I?m officially done with this Panera. The quality has been on a steady decline. Today this is my 10 dollar steak and cheddar... sandwich and my kid?s 5 dollar grilled cheese. There is one single slice of cheese. I could not be more disappointed. Saveyour money and go somewhere else. Read more
