Right off of I35 & Kansas Ave in McPherson.. open 24/7 but after about 1am you've got to go inside to order your food because... they close the drive thru for what reason I do not know.. probably staffing.. personally I like the Frisco burger with curlyfries and a strawberry milkshake.. That will run you around 13-14 bucks but some things are just worth the cost.. At 2am I'mgetting a freshly made burger and fries with a REALLY good milkshake.. so.. choose your battles I say and pay the cost for youchoosing not to eat at a normal time or take the time to make yourself a nice lunch before working the 11p - 7am shift..restaurant was really clean.. stocked and ready for customers.. The staff were quick and friendly with smiles on their faces inthe middle of the night.. over all it was a really good experience.. hope their service is that good at ALL times!! I go to this Hardee's pretty often. I work nightshift and they are always open. Their food is reliably good, I almost always get... their number 8 chicken sandwich. When you buy straight fries they ALWAYS sneak in a few curly fries just to make your daybetter. Super friendly staff that know how to relax and have fun. I've never been to a fast food place as great as this one.Thank you night shift workers for your hard work. Read more
Nick waited on us and he did a fantastic job. He was pleasant, and gauging, and funny. Even though I wasn't interested he was... able to upsell me on a dessert, too desserts in fact. I was with my wife we both ate hamburgers mine was in a lettuce wrap and hers was normal. As we were heading home I shared my... disappointment in the odd taste of the hamburger but dismissed it thinking it was just the lettuce wrap. But to my surprise mywife said she thought it tasted odd as well. The next day while talking with my wife she told me that she spent the whole dayrunning to the restroom with diarrhea. Hamburger had no taste. Fries were like paper and taste less. The 2 apple pies were bad. I ended up throwing my guts up one hour... after eating. Told the manager. He thought i was wrong. Did not even mention returning my money. I had to eat because there waspretty much no option and i was super hungry. Never again. Never trust hardees. Read more
This was my first time in my life going to Hardee's. The staff here was amazing. Very friendly. Helpful with what to order and... again, very friendly. It was a wonderful experience. Edit: This was probably the best customer service I had ever received atany fast food restaurant ever. I hope the owner reads this, looks at who was scheduled and let them know what a good job theyare doing! Read more
Hardee's definitely has one of the best burgers around in my opinion. The amount of beef = The price paid!
Customer service was good, funny, efficient! Fries didn't seem fresh. Barely warm, but all else was good. .
