They range up my order wrongnot giving me the value meal so I paid outright for sandwich and drink . I told them at the window... it was incorrect and asked what could be done to fix it. The lady argued with me on what I ordered and refused to do anything tofix it. Is this how they train their people? Terrible service and lousy personnel. Read more

Food was ok. When I went thru drive thru the person handing me the food never said thank you or even acknowledged me. Just... handed food. I will also mention was talking to another employee and was cussing, (throwing out the "F" word) without a care inthe world who heard him. Very disappointed in service. Read more
Literally don?t understand how night shift is so slow 1st and 2nd shift have way more customers and orders and a way longer line... and move so much quicker. I just sat in this drive through line forever and I get up to the order screen and tell me why theother lane is now empty and a car pulls in there after I?ve been sitting at the order screen FOREVER and they take the otherpersons order. They should be going in order on who?s there the longest. I placed my order at the drive-through, I ordered a number 3 and a number 2A and when i got my food I did not get any fries and... I asked for my fries! they said well they didn't charge for any fries. And then if I want fries I would have to go back throughthe drive-thru to an order them! what!! The ladies restroom was in dire need of attention. I let the manager know, who promptly passed it on to two female employees,... both of whom said they weren't cleaning it. The restaurant was out of all flavors of frappe & smoothie, as well as regular &sweet tea. The fries tasted sweet..? So disappointed , it takes a lot for me to get in and out of my car after jus having knee surgery so to get home and realize... that after ordering extra mayo and lettuce on my sandwiches ( previous times there's barely any on them ) just to find that theystill have barely any on them is frustrating ... then they drown the fries in salt so bad they're not even edible ? Not tomention I ordered 2 sandwiches so I'd have one later because I can't stand long enough to cook for myself right now , waste ofmoney and these employees think they're under paid? I was at the register waiting to order and an older lady that was there with a headset taking orders from the drive-thru told me... in a rudely way "you need to use the kiosk, I can't help you " seger looked all stressed out and probably took it out on me.
