I have to say sometimes you just have to have a Mac and fries!! Usually staff seems busy in fast food not having time for a... smile. That was NOT my experience. I had a wonderfully kind gentleman who took my order. I watched as he helped the customersbefore me and was delighted to see his genuine smile to each one. When it was my turn he again was absolutely genuine. Thank youEbbele (hope the spelling is correct) for the friendliest service I have received at ANY fast food restaurant in a long time. Rude manager! Gave me so much attitude when I was ordering. Kept asking me is that it. I said why were you giving me attitude?... He said because we?re short staffed. Then proceeded to tell me he wasn?t giving me attitude when he just admitted he was becausethey?re short staffed. Everyone is short staffed get over it and work on your customer service. SCAM WARNING!! Check receipts! So all I ordered was 1 large sweet tea. I no ot paying attention paid. Then realized after the... fact I got charged $1.83. All drinks are $1. Hmmm 83% sales tax? Nope. I was intentionally rung up wrong. The assistant managerrepeated my order when I ordered, when I paid, and she had to come out and tell me she was brewing new sweet tea. It wasintentional. No doubt. Expected it to be poor quality because it was Mcdonald's. Was actually disappointed despite having low expectations. I guess... this is why I don't buy Mcdonald's. When you go there expecting to hate it, and even then are disappointed.... Never leave the drive thru without checking your order first. Orders are constantly wrong. The order pictured was supposed to be... hotcakes and sausage? they forgot the sausage. ????
