The only thing that disappointed me was the over-priced food. They charge to much. It's nor reasonable for what they serve. The... food tastes great. Service is amazing. But for a burger to cost close to $10. It's not normal. I don't really want to comeback here. I would rather just go to Jack in The Box. More value for your money there. OMG!! The best Zips I have had in forever!! Just like the one down on Sprague used to be!! The chicken strips were great! The... tater tots were PERFECT!! Everything was fresh and NOTHING tasted like old grease!! I will definitely make the trip from StateLine to have them again!! Read more
This place is the worst! Live just down the road and would spend 100+$ a month, never again. Besides waiting forever in the... drive thru, last time we ordered we got an un edible, burnt small chicken strips instead of fish and chips with extra fish. Icalled and they said they would take our name and number for a free fish in the future. Well tonight we stopped in to get ourfish and 40$ of other food and they refused to honor our free fish, and didn't get specifically ordered sides. Seriouslywouldn't recommend this place to even Joe Biden! I see your response but can't reply except with an edit. Unfortunately yourchance to "make things right was tonight", anyone saying this didn't happen is lying. This supposed manager has dark hair andtattoos on his arms. The gal on the initial problem said there was no manager on duty and took our name and number for a freefish at a later time. Tonight the "manager" made us pay for half of the order of fish, so we were ripped off twice. There isliterally NOTHING that would get me to eat at your establishment again. Read more
Food is always fresh here. Nothing sitting under a heat lamp. We live closer to one but will drive the 14 miles to get food from... this one. Service is good. Read more
Very slow service. We ordered four sandwiches and only found out we got three. We ordered curly fries and we had curly fries... with tater tots, onions and assorted other fried items. Would not go again, waste of money and extremely slow service. Read more
If u want overpriced food and terrible customer service this is the place for u! This location is filthy inside and out. Cooks... just standing around not cleaning or preparing any orders. Usually love the fish/chips. My fries were not hot but fish was good. The frustrating thing was we were charged $1 ea for cup of... hot water. I thought totally unnecessary but my husband said let it go. Won't order hot water again. Read more
