I have been a long time customer of Applebee's. The last two visits I did not get to eat my meal. I ordered the riblet basket... and was served a pile of the nastiest piece of a rib that was all fat and gross I don't know what it was. Second visit orderedan all time favorite the oriental chicken salad. After a few bites I uncovered something that looked like drain sludge. Everytime I think about going out to eat now I see this image and can't do it. I'm forever tainted! Read more
On 11-14-2022 I got the pleasure of having Emily as my car side specialist. She was super patient and kind to me on the phone,... once I got there she was waiting for me with my order and very quick with my receipt. In all she did and outstanding job with myorder!!! Due to COVID, we haven't been to restaurants as often as before. We've been here occasionally over the years, so decided to eat... here tonight. We both really enjoyed our food! They just started a new special menu, and my garlic parmesan steak skillet wasdelicious! Our server was very nice. Even though there are TVs for a sports bar feel, the noise level was low, allowing forcomfortable conversation at our table. Sometimes I overlook Applebee's. I won't do that in the future! Read more
I really like this Applebees. The staff are always nice and friendly. The place is always clean. One of the only places that get... their carpets cleaned professionally. All the Applebees in Erie are good, imo. Everytime I've gone there, I've been happy andpleased with the service and food. A little pricey for most people. Then again, all of them are and there really aren't anyplaces that are cheap anymore. If they are, their food is usually sub-par. Read more
Terrible. Got endless wings . First batch wasn?t bad at all 2nd batch got 4 looked terrible. Tasted like a salt block . This got to be the best Applebee?s we have been to! Emily was super friendly and welcoming right from the time we entered in.... Shaina took great care of our food & drinks, she was attentive, friendly and quick. Our server was great but the bartenders all were witches - the w + a b. I was with a group that was eating but I was not but... because I was with a dinning group I could not be served at the bar. Never will co.e back. It wasn't as much the stupid rule asthe attitude. If I get the bartenders names I will post but for management sake it is 4-14-22 at 830pm Read more
