Have not ordered from Pizza Hut in a while. Called the phone number and thought I would get to speak to the store, but I got... customer service central. Horribly rude representative, who I could not understand at all. When I asked her to repeat herself,she got annoyed. or when I misunderstood what she said, she also got annoyed, I called instead of ordering online because Iwanted to customize, but was informed that that is not possible. Horrible horrible service. We waited for over 45m before our order was taken. When we asked why nobody had taken out tables... order.... The servers argued in the kitchen. Audibly. Our apology consisted of the phrase "I've only been here two weeks" withno recompense. Short staffing is a problem. If you can't handle dine in, don't offer it. Read more

Placed an order for pizza and cinnamon rolls. Was charged for the food but it was never delivered. Called and spoke to manager... who was fully aware of situation. Turns out person I sent the order to was confused by the situation and declined to receeivethe order. Manager expained how the situation was handled and refunded to me. Helped me set up a new order for the sameperson. Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpful! Read more
Deliver order on time for one. Had to call restaurant to see where our order was. They said they couldn't find it. Driver... couldn't find us, which he admitted to. But then, manager said they would remake our food and send it out asap. Our deliveryguy came and brought our food. Apologized about before. Please, when you redeliver food, be sure to send driver with everythingthe customer ordered. Had to call back in because we were missing half our order. Oh and make sure you make the pizza the waythe customer requested! We are not happy. Manager didn't really seem to care. Apologized and that was all. The driver was sonice and apologetic. Pizza Hut doesn't deserve him as a driver. He's too nice and caring. Read more
Pizza was undercooked and had no sauce on. It definitely would not recommend and won?t be back.
