-* Disappointed of this place! First i was given the wrong amount of money after paying? Weird!, When you think that it is... written on her screen?Then she gave us the: ?i don?t care? look and then the ?confused? look. We had to tell her what we gaveher? AND! we had to tell her to look at her screen to correct herself. And then the manager that helped her?Looked annoyed aswell? I understand it was maybe a trainee but even a non worker knows that, professionalism comes with working with a smile andkeep cool at work? -* They advertise pokemon card but gave us minions?When i asked for the card they hesitated, looked at eachother, then one of them finally took off the box of card packages out of a cabinet and gave me a pack finally? Atleast, oneperson was honest enough to unhide them? I get that maybe some of them collect these cards but you can?t advertise outside andinside but not giving them?and give old toys; making people think that you don?t have them. When you actually put posters insideand outside you serve people what they are expecting to get from the advertisement. _* And smiling seemed to be hard to getfrom the cashier too?Not to be mean but sometimes a simple smile can make the orders working better when they mess up? Hope mynext visit, the service will have a little more work done via workers towards clients. Read more

We come to Meaford a lot and the gentleman who served us was super friendly, kind, and he made my children's sundaes with an... extra topping. Without even asking, I believe he was the manager. So thank you so very much for making our road trip a littlebit more enjoyable ???? it's the little things that matter too. Read more

The three of us just got yelled at by a lady named Jaden with pink hair behind the counter. It was very abysive and her... coworkers looked scared. She clearly does not understands the social distance protocols and demanded three of us to stay in thered circle while we were waiting for our order to be made. Let me also inform you that the restaurant was empty. Customerservice was the worst ever! Read more
