They never seem to actually have pretzels anymore. They had the giant cups of pretzel nuggets. I can't est that many asked if... they could make a smaller cup ...of course they refuse. A shame because their pretzels used to be my favorite treat but it hasbeen so king since they have had anything I can eat I am.not sure I will bother trying anymore. This is probably the worst Auntie Anne?s I?ve been too. They gave me burnt food and ended up in the trash. They also charged for... a small Tap Water. This is the first time I experienced a food establishment is charging tap water. With today?s inflation, Ijust hope that do not waste customer?s money to a burnt and disgusting food like this. We decided on getting pretzels while shopping at TangerOutlets. The pretzel dogs were a 15 minute wait. They were hot and fresh.

This location regularly closes early. There's a sign on the door that says they're now closing at 5 due to shortstaff, but... they're actually closed earlier than that. Even when you can get in and get food (not just drinks), it's the worst quality ofany Auntie Anne's I've ever had. It's very sad because I normally love Auntie Anne's pretzels! Read more
