Always good food and good service. The friendly people are the best reasons to come. The only downside is paying, you can... order the same thing and always get a different amount to pay. Amount of food and flavor was top notch BUT the dining area and soda area were filthy. We were in around 3:30pm on a Sunday. One... kid about 10 was in the dinning room. We all know that Chipotle is good and fresh because you all make it fresh and usually stay busy cooking and helping customers. ... Good workers are hard to get and keep we know that. We as customer and stock holders don't mind paying $20.00 for a good chickenbowl with chips. But sometimes the staff gets too focaused on the backend duties. We as customers see things that the staff maynot realize that we see waking in for our first impressions. Attention to detail is everything in the fresh fast food industry.I good "Chef" manager should make sure the chips are rotated and crispy. Work areas are tidy and dining area tables are cleanedregularly. As a result, I must give you a 3 star rating for now. Please remind the staff to keep the tables and dining areaclean. Ordered 2 carnitas taco dinners to go on 7/20. Brought them home to eat and they forgot the meat for both dinners. We called and... they stated that this is common and we could come the next night to get two 2 free dinners. They told us that they put our nameson the list of people that were owed food from takeout mistakes. We returned on 7/21 only to be told that they did not have ournames on a list and that they would only give us one free dinner. My wife and I were kindly greeted by Bryce when we walked in the door. He was very helpful through the ordering process, even... suggesting the fajita veggies.
