Don?t ever thinking of going to this store again. I have the worst experience of life time and the manager itself is outright... rude. I strongly suggest not to visit this store anyone. My review also has the picture of people who are rude if that helps toanyone. Me and a friend asked for Manager discount on the menu and she rudely said ?don?t tell me what I can do?. When I askedher to be little patient with the customer, she screamed on me which I have never experienced with an adult especially fromservice industry. My food has always arrived piping hot from this location in Mechanicsburg. The delivery people are always so nice. The last... driver told me he really appreciated us. I never really write reviews but have had consistent good service and kindness fromthis Dominos and would highly recommend! Read more
**BEWARE the MECHANICSBURG dominos pizza store**. I had the worst customer service experience ever from this location. The... lady manager is a Hot Headed Psychotic with Rage Issues and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This was my first and last time goingto this location. I've been a domino's pizza customer for 38 years. My first job was at dominos 1986 - 1989 in Philadelphia,Pa. Horrible service, I ordered a pizza and asked if I could get peppers I got 4 only and I asked for more the "AREA MANAGER" said I... wasn't getting anymore laughed in my face and walked away. Discrimination I asked for her name and Noone there gave it to me.Never again will I come here. Horrible service!!! Read more
My son was going to a camp out here and called for a order for himself and his friends it was 4 hours till closing and the order... was big the manager Carlos got on the phone and was screaming obscenities at my son and then hung up on him twice. They orderedfrom another pizza place and got great service and the people were tipped well for the big order. This wouldn?t happen at thedominoes where we live. Got 5 pizzas and they only give you 4 Packs of crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese.
So local Dominos are all too far from us for delivery. This one is a great place to stop for carry out when we are on the Pike.... My youngest enjoyed watching the pizza being made and the chalk board wall. Always greeted by the staff. I recommend thislocation. Read more
Pizza was hot, delicious and delivered quickly. Only hiccup was quoted price was less than what I had to pay. They forgot to... include the delivery charge. Other than that?terrific. Read more
