The menu is huge and has a lot to choose from. Was bummed that I didn't see any salads adding steak as an option. I opted for... the prime rib au jus. The bread was grilled perfectly but the "prime rib" was kind of tough. The strawberry sundae for dessertwas pretty good and had real strawberries and whipped cream. Service was great. My first time to eat here at Duke?s was great. I ate outside and my server Owen was decent! The only reason I won?t give the... restaurant higher stars is because the food had no flavor! We were staying at a local hotel and they recommend we try Dukes and omg am I glad we did. From the moment you get there you are... surrounded by beauty. When we entered we were immediately greeted and sat down at our outdoor table overlooking the river . Ourwaitress Lindsay was perfect. She went over the menu with us and we asked her what she would recommend between three meals. Shetold us her top choice so that's what I ordered. The full rack of ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and steam vegetables. My wifeordered the Meatloaf Mountain. And we ordered several appetizers and a Pina colada. When I tell you the food came out quick andfully cooked. I'm not joking. The food tasted out of this world. We have been to several restaurants before but the quality offood combined with the hospitality and the view are top notch. It all blended in perfectly. Large unique menu, and everything we tried was delicious! Portion sizes are massive! The Jammin Jalapeño Burger was well done... with lots of cheese and crispy onion straws. The jalapeño bacon jam was both sweet and spicy. The sweet potato waffle frieswere crispy. The Meatloaf was juicy and well seasoned. The mashed potatoes were ok, but the gravy was really flavorful. This place has everything we look for when going out to eat. It?s super clean, nice atmosphere, a large selection on the menu,... lots of cocktails and tasty food. The service was stellar, probably the most experienced waitress I have ever had. We startedwith the mouthwatering crab pretzel. The meatloaf was amazing, seasoned with onion, rosemary and thyme. Piled high were thefried crispy onions on top of delicious mashed potatoes. I got the Italian stax which was hand breaded chicken tenders withhomemade meat sauce and cheese on top of your choice of fries. Sad to say there was no room for desert. However we will be back!
