I just purchased a coffee and 25 piece chocolate munchkins. I purchase these regularly. The munchkins were very cold as if they... had been in the refrigerator and did not taste fresh. I called to let the facility know about poor quality of the munchkins. Iwas told there was nothing wrong with them. I was told they were cold because is it cold out side. Currently 65 outside. I wasjust calling to make them aware of the issue. Did not ask for a refund. Was not offered a replacement. The lady hung up on me.Very poor customer service. They just lost a customer. I ordered an iced latte with extra pumps of caramel in it as I don?t like the taste of coffee but I drink the latte to get the... caffeine. I was upfront in my order of how I wanted my drink made and I was charged for the extra caramel in my purchase which Idon?t mind. When I tasted the drink I could not taste the caramel and I asked the girl if she could add more. I was told itwould be an additional fee. I wasn?t rude to her when I made the request. My fiancé also tasted the drink and said he couldn?ttaste the caramel that much either. The drink wasn?t made right and I was already charged for the extra caramel when I paid formy drink. If I?m paying over $5 for a drink I expect it to be made right. That?s their job to make it right and I?m paying forthe service and product. The girl at the drive through was not friendly and you could tell she didn?t want to be there workingbased on the looks she gave and her attitude. I will not be going back to this location again. We?ve come here 3 times and each time the orders are wrong. On the second trip my fiancé and I ordered the same exact iced... coffee and his was overly sweet while mine wasn?t sweet enough. I?d rather be in line for 30 mins at the DD on the pike then gohere again. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin in the area. We asked for avocado toast with bacon. We both get home and neither one has bacon on it.... Then they tried to give us chocolate milk when we ordered two chocolate donuts. Then we find out they were not even chocolatedonuts she just threw two in to move the line along. My suggestion, go to the Dunkin' in Dillsburg this one is not managed welland the care that they take in creating the orders and making them correct is non-existent. Read more
