Not as crowded as pre covid. Food is good along with the soup and salad bar. I think people are just not eating out as much with... the costs of fuel, groceries and everything being up so much. Hoss's now offers a more formal table-side service with a dedicated wait staff. In the past you would order your meal at a... station upon entering the restaurant, over the past years this process has been eliminated. As with everywhere, prices haveincreased, but we find the quality of the product has decreased. Upon our most recent visit, I ordered the grilled chicken withthe salad bar. My chicken came out undercooked. It was a busy night, as our school was hosting a fundraiser event with Hoss's(excellent program Hoss's!). Because of this, to get our waitresses attention was next to impossible. My husband's steak wasterribly overcooked. Our take-away, we don't voluntarily go to hoss's unless we're supporting a fundraiser graciously hosted byHoss's offering a very nice percentage of the sales back to the organization. Additionally, we will stick to only ordering theall you can eat salad bar, as the traditional meals are pricey, lack flavor and accuracy. Read more

Very impressive Hoss's location...best I've ever been to. Very clean and well maintained building inside and out. Food was... excellent, really enjoyed the salad bar. Service was impeccable from everyone, especially our server Joanna who went above andbeyond for my family's dining experience. Management here is clearly top notch. First time back in about 4 years. Brand new menu, pared down salad bar, waiters and waitresses take the bills now. A few... mistakes with cookery of steaks, grilled cheese was cold and cheese wasn't melted. They also don't appear to season the steaksat all unless you get a Cajun seasoned or something like that. We were there on a Friday evening at 5:30 pm. It was not crowded. Salad bar was very clean. Our waitress Joann was very friendly... and attentive. She allowed us plenty of time to review the menu before asking for our orders. It is a very relaxed atmosphereand they do not rush you. We will return. Read more
