Doors are locked at 12:30 in the afternoon. How much more difficult is it to have people eating inside? Maybe if you were paying... better people would come work there. $10 - $13 per hour is pretty low these days. Now you expect customers to wait 20 minutes ina drive-thru line. Read more
My 17 year old daughter ordered a family meal with fried chicken 2 mashed potatoes, cole slaw, french fries, soda, biscuits and... mac and cheese with all of the sauces for us. $58. After about 90 minutes with no delivery we were told that the order wasalready picked up some time ago and that there was nothing that could be done. After getting to the 2+ hour mark afterdelivery, a driver arrived with just the chicken, no sides whatsoever. It wasn't even the chicken that we ordered. I thinkbeing charged $58 for some chicken, is quite frankly absolutely ridiculous, do you check your orders before being sent out? Basically, stealing from a 17 year old crosses the line, done doing business with this establishment. Read more
Both doors were locked at 5:45pm on a Tuesday (not holiday) The dining area was lit up and there were no signs saying that they... were closed. Cars were in the drive thru and I could see workers inside. I knocked on the door and a worker shrugged hisshoulders. I walked there and didn't have a car to go through the drive thru. Other people were trying to get inside also. Ifthey are going to close the dining area, they should put signs on the outside. Read more
My wife and I were hanging out Sunday afternoon and talking about dinner possibilities...mentioned that I was thinking about... making fish and chips with cole slaw...her advise was let's go to Long John Silvers...I guess it's one of her childhoodfavorites...we don't eat fast food much, so I thought let's give it a try...went through the drive thru(great friendly service)and ordered the family pack...4 pcs. nice crispy fish and 4 pics. crispy chicken tenders(they threw in an extra chickentender)...fries...hush puppies...slaw...took it home and crisped up the fries in the air fryer...pretty awesome dinner for$25.00... Their fries are never actually hot and crispy and seasoned with the herbs and spices. Legit come here for the fries and i have... tried all hours of the day and 1 time i came right when they opened and they were excellent but other than that... the staff arevery friendly. I still would recommend this facility. Read more
Maybe Pepsi should do something about the horrible KFC location- like put it out of everyone's misery. Or maybe Pepsi should... just get the hell out of the restaurant business altogether because they RUIN iconic restaurants like Long John Silver, A&W,Kentucky Fried Chicken (not KFC!), Pizza Hut, even Taco Bell. Consistently worst service of any restaurant I have ever been in,and that's saying something these days especially. Just painted the place up a bit and put up some new window dressing- but lookat the parking lot! All the bad reviews here put it mildly. Avoid unless you're ready to give it all you got for some greasyfried chicken- unlike the Original Kentucky Fried Chicken. Read more
The lady that took care of us was super kind and understanding even after I changed my order twice. I don?t think many people... understand how much these employees are overworked and underpaid and still continue to show up so we can have convenience. Iwish I knew her name but she was so kind! Kfc is usually a good place to grab a quick bite to eat but avoid this one. They are always under staffed and they only serve 1... customer at a time. Meaning they will take a customer order then walk away until they can fill the order before taking the nextorder. Probably so management can't see people waiting up to 30 minutes just to place their order.. Read more
