This is the only Long John Silver's in this area, I wish there were more because I love their food. The food was tasty and... super hot. The menu is limited as far as sides go but the food is good. Chicken tasted dry waited in drive thru for 15 minutes to have my order taken no dark meat chicken either I wasn't very happy
what's up with this location? normally love long john silbers, last week no chicken planks, but i could buy kfc??stopped this... week, had chicken planks but what's with the ghetto employees and attitude? Side door by parking broken, had to go around frontto enter... order taker was short and terse like I was an imposition in their day....used to have great training and serviceacross the board... not anymore and come on $9 for 3 chicken planks....never again. The staff are doing the best they can and they had great attitudes, but I was the 6th car in the drive through line and it took... 30 minutes to get through. The dining room was locked, so the drive through was the only option. Two workers to try and doeverything. They were working their butts off. Read more

Mechanicsburg store Dining room still not open after 3?yrs! Drive thru takes forever...while waiting in line, back door... opened...saw trash right inside door and outside that employees had to step over...couldnt order on line..didnt have thepromotional items being touted on tv...left the line...this is stupid...needs inspected... This place is literally doing everything possible to shut down. The lobby isn't open. They are not on any of the food delivery... apps. They only have drive-thru service, and then the food is poor quality. Long John's and KFC are struggling all over thecountry and this is why. Its like they no longer have any idea how to run a businesses, and haven't for years. Read more
