McDonald's tries to make every restaurant exactly the same with respect to their food, staff & appearance, so no matter where... you go, you get the same experience. I was very pleased the service and staff tonight. My family has 5 members including myself so my order was rather big. I got up... to the 1st window and paid then went to the 2nd window, thinking I would be waiting because it was a large order. Order wasalready done and waiting for me. I left the drive thru and went over to the gas station to get gas. Well, when I got to the pumpand parked, I noticed the girl from the window ran to the pump I had stopped at. She handed me a bag that was part of my orderand said, "I needed to make sure you got this." I wouldn't have known I missed anything till I got home but the girls runningthe windows were on top of it. They saw I entered across the street and leapt into action and ran across the street so I didn'tforget anything. That's above and beyond in my book. This place is the absolute worst. It will take you forever to get through the line. The items that are displayed are now... available. So dont ask for spicy chicken nuggets, shakes, apple pies. Also watch out when you get your large fri, they fill itthe same fries as a medium. Totally disappointing. This place WAS one of the best out there. I would have called it the goldstandard. First of all. Girl taking order - please stop saying ?is that it? after every item ordered. If I order a large fry - I should... get a large fry. To get home, open the bag and get less then 1/2 filled fries is ridiculous. We continuously have problems atthis McDonalds. Might want to go to another one - maybe worth the drive. Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten. All my food was cold they messed up my daughters happy meal, they were very... rude and unprofessional. One of the drive through workers were on their phone taking selfies. Never coming here again.
