Decent meal and place is clean. I found the chicken soup to be really salty but I can?t remember if it just comes that way or if... it?s made in house. There was an overly long wait to get my order as the staff was chit chatting behind the counter so don?t bein a rush to get out of here. Read more

Don?t go here unless you want to have your money taken from you. All I wanted was a bagel? not even toasted. Just a regular... bagel they could have literally grabbed off the wall and handed to me. But no. I paid for it. Then proceed to wait 30 minutes,asked for it three times, and still wasn?t given a bagel. I then asked for a refund but since it had been more than 20 minutes,they said they couldn?t give me one. But STILL didn?t give me a bagel. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. Read more
We love this Panera...why? The employees are exceptional, hard working, empathetic, individuals. My favorite...Ki ki. She is so... patient, friendly, and helpful. We absolutely love her. This morning, I purchased some items for my wife and she remembered mefrom before. Employees like Ki ki, make the world a better place. This Panera is very good. They get your food out correctly and quickly. The Mediterranean warm bowl is made with great flavor... combinations. This is the first food that I haven't had to customize in a long time. It's perfect the way it is. Also, thisstore has large cups in stock which is more than I can say for the other Panera stores in the area. That's a good thing whenyou're running an unlimited drink promotion! Read more
Every time I order my lunch it's never complete. It's not hard to follow my order. I love the food but service is ridiculous.
