We order Papa John's pizza probably once a month or so. It's one of our go-to pizza places because of the ease of the mobile... app. We save our typical order, we get points for purchasing food that eventually gets us free food, and our kids love thecheese pizza and the "cookie pizza" as they call the dessert item. It's definitely one of the best chain pizza places out thereand their delivery is great for when we don't want to go out to pick it up. Read more
I ordered a 2 liter soda, bbq boneless wings, and a pepperoni epic stuffed crust pizza on Tuesday for delivery. My daughter and... I got food poisoning from the pizza. We became violently ill and both got chills, a mild fever, and we vomited and slept allthroughout the day on Wednesday. Thursday we were nauseous all day and still couldn?t eat. I left feedback for papa john?sthrough their website asking to be contacted about the experience, but apparently they don?t actually care about bad reviews andtheir customer?s health seeing as that was like three days ago, and I haven?t heard back. The pizza was just OK. The toppings were sparse, and the driver forgot to bring our 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I tried calling the... store, but the phone just rang and rang. Someone finally picked up, said, "Please hold", then hung up on me. I called back 3separate times (several minutes apart) and still no one picked up. They might be busy, but at least have the courtesy to pickup the phone, and actually put it on hold. I had to run out and get my own soda. Should have called Pizza Hut. Read more
They messed my order and I called them back for them to tell me to call back later when they weren't busy. I waited from 5:15... till 7:15 (2 hours after calling the first time). I tried to call them back to fix my order and they wouldn't answer. I havecalled 11 times with no answer. This is ridiculous. I just want the pizza they forgot. Read more
Get a text at 5:55pm saying order is on the way. My place is 7mins from them. It is 6:25pm and no sign of anything. Tried... calling the store twice but, no answer.. this is ridiculous. Edit: Order placed at 5:12pm saying delivered in 34mins. I justgot the food at 6:51pm.. just paid for some lukewarm food. The delivery lady was very nice and a good person. Read more
We order from this location very frequently. They always get our order correct, and it's ready for pickup quickly. If you like... Papa John's style pizza (which I most certainly do), I can't think of a better place to get it from. Read more
