First of all PRAISE THE LORD!!! This is the FIRST Pizza Hut i went to that actually reopened their dining room since Covid! And... its October 2022 and 31 months later, this Covid sensitive franchise finally decided to reopen the areas Pizza Hut diningrooms. I am amazing and happy! Sadly the franchise is still Covid sensitive to reopen the lunch buffet. So whats it like diningin at a Pizza Hut now? So there is no longer a host so its seat yourself. And there are no longer any servers. They are nolonger serveing you restaurant style. So you eat at your table in carryout containers. But they will provide you with plates andsilverware only if you ask. Also no more beverage service meaning you'll need to buy a bottled beverage to drink when you dinein. The first time I ordered from this location, the delivery was an hour late. Fine, we were credited. The second time I ordered... via telephone for a pickup an hour ahead, and use the credit. The order was put through but the future time wasn't, so I showedup and left empty-handed. I was re-credited. I then ordered delivery via telephone but was not told that a small is a personalpan, and I didn't receive the sauces I had ordered. When I called into the store, the manager kept asking me what I wanted to doand didn't offer any solutions or apologies. The cashier both times was Damajah. I ordered a large stuffed crust cheese pizza at 8:55 pm for my 3 hungry kids that I adopted cause that?s what they wanted and it... was their birthdays, we waited and waited even called and they told me they were on their way. They never came and waited untilthey closed and I never got my kid?s pizza, they were so hungry they cried and kept asking ?mommy where?s my big big pizza? thenthey ended up starving to death like they almost did in their old home. My family and I (6 people) came here yesterday for Father's Day, and we had a great time! There wasn't much traffic inside the... restaurant, so we had our food within 15 minutes, and an item that wasn't available because the fryer was acting up was refundedwithout any problems! Stopped by here after a long day at work and was very happy with my pizza. The gentleman who helped us (think his name was... Justin) was very kind and pleasant! Went there and loved the food, so much better than pre covid!!! We picked up bc door dash is just not reliable. Justin was... super great and then told us about Halloween kids special. So several of us got together and took our kids there on Halloweenin costume. They each got a free personal pan pizza. And, of course, we all ordered food ourselves. Kids got a little loudbut the staff was amazing. Talking to them about their costumes & giving them candy. The food was GREAT and we didnt have towait long, even tho alot of food was ordered.
