As someone who travels for a living, I’m in hundreds, if not thousands of different restaurants. I would like to say that... Bonnie (manager), Matt (server) and the entire team at this Red Lobster got my attention and made a difference in my day. To seethe team work, effort and attitude presented during my visit, I was reminded of a day when employees and businesses cared abouttheir customers and each other. Very refreshing. Amazing experience. Our waitress, Pin Pin, was AMAZING! She was fast in service, thought ahead, and even gave us a trick when... dining at red lobster! Food was amazing as well! Went about an hour and a half before closing and walked out with 2 free bakedpotatoes so they weren't thrown away! Love the effort to not waste food. Will for sure be back an hour or so before the end ofthe night again! Amazing experience. Read more
We were working all day outside and stopped in. I was sweaty, dirty, and probably looked like a homeless person. Our waitress... was absolutely outstanding. Not only was she attending to many tables she was cleaning and bussing them. She did not judge abook by its cover and for that we tipped generously for her outstanding service. I wish I would have remembered her name totell her manager how wonderful she was. Food was fast and outstanding! Best service I have had in years! Keep up the greatwork. Read more
Haven't been here for years. The food and staff were very good. Went a little later and no waiting
My steak was cooked exactly as I like it. The shrimp was excellent too. Our server didn't really check on us like I would have... liked. Didn't refill my drink but once. They were not that busy to justify not checking on us more. The restaurant is niceand clean and everyone was friendly. I would go back. She could have had a rough day. Read more
We were pleased with the easy access and plentiful parking spaces. Our server's name was Victoria and she was very informative... and cordial alike. She was very soft-spoken and kind. Our glasses were never empty, our food was precisely how we ordered it andcame out promptly. The entire dining experience was phenomenal. The restaurant was clean and seating was spacious and apart fromothers for a nice conversation during our meal. Highly recommended for the ambiance and the food alike!
