So I stopped on a snowy night. Plenty of staff .... yet, the quality of the food and drink was not present. Ice tea was... cloudy. I was told it was fresh and if i wanted something else he would get it for me. All were sugar options. Appetizer-pretzel bites with cheese....bites were well, well done and I got a half container of Luke warm thin/water like cheese, whenasked for more cheese it was ice cold and had dark stuff around the edges. WHISKEY BBQ burger was great. No mayo just as Irequested. Broccoli was my side. Cool, dry and brown on cut edges. I was seated in bar....and there were no more than threeother customers. I asked if one tv could be changed to the Final Jeopardy tournament. No luck. Nice gentlemen said it wasblocked. I was in this restaurant about a week ago at 6:00. At night. I had a disabled child with me who is in need of a straw for their... drink. I was informed by my waitress that there were out of straws and that she could not provide one. I therefore asked her totake the drink off of my bill because he wasn't going to be able to drink it. She refused to do it. I went on to ask for a stackof onion rings which cost $9.50 and she came out and told me there were only three onion rings left. I asked her to adjust theprice because I was not paying $9.50 for three onion rings. She told me that she could not adjust the price nor could she takeit off of my order because it was already wrung out. I then asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that there was nobodyon duty as a supervisor that evening. To say the least, I will never be returning to this place again. Who is not doing theirjob that they run out of straws? On top of everything else, the waitress was very nasty toward me which was so surprising sincethis restaurant was not able to accommodate my order, why am I being treated poorly? Read more

Received my birthday burger offer when I signed up this month. They gave me my choice of any burger made my way and threw in... free fries! Only 10mins and I was enjoying a fresh delicious made my way burger and fries. Highly recommend Red Robinrestaurant! Read more

Ah, Red Robin. One of my favorite burger places, but I barely end up eating here for some reason. Thankfully, I?ve been able to... get my burger fix here twice recently, and both times the service and food was great! My first visit here in the past couplemonths or so was for dinner with a group from my church. The service was great, everyone received their food in a timely way andenjoyed it, and overall, it was a lovely time. The onion rings and deluxe cheeseburger I had were absolutely fabulous. Mysecond visit was also a really good experience. This time, a dear friend took me out for lunch. Our server was super attentiveand friendly, and the food was nice and hot. I ordered the Teriyaki burger this time around, and it was good, but could?ve useda little more flavor. Everything was still delicious, and the fries were as great as ever. :) Oh, also, I want to take a momentto spotlight the extremely cool art displayed above and around the dining area. Loved the cassette tape and 8-track murals. Andthey have a small mosaic of the Pac-Man ghosts made entirely of RUBIK?S CUBES. I mean, how neat is that?! Read more

Great place...food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. Our burgers were delicious, flavorful and juicy.

Three of us went on a Friday night around 6 PM. Business was average. We all ordered the cheesy Fondo Burger platter, one side... salad and Pretzel Bite Appetizer. Overall the food was delicious. Service was not good on this occasion. It took 10mins to get asoda refill, never got my extra fries that were asked for and had to ask for salad after we were almost done eating. When saladarrived, we were never given silverware. My friend ate it with the burger toothpicks. Will go again but hope for better service. Read more

Went in today cause I was craving nachos. Turns out they don't have nachos anymore. ???? They also no longer put the fry... seasoning on the table. They give you little packets but only if you request them. The chicken sandwich I got was pretty good. Read more
