I had a fundraiser at the Rita?s in Mechanicsburg, Hampden Centre. The staff was so great and very accommodating to me since I... wanted to stay the whole time (4:00-6:00). I was asked if I wanted a chair and it was brought out within 2 minutes. I was sothrilled with my first fundraiser at Rita?s and will definitely be doing another one. There Italian ice, frozen custard andwaffle bowls are fabulous. This year was the first time I have ever been to Rita?s and I absolutely love it. Read more
First time going to a Rita's that is indoors. Very clean space. No indoor seating but they do have tables and benches right... outside with umbrellas for you to sit an enjoy your dessert of choice. I always go for a gelati and my wife is a huge fan oftheir brownie sundae. Prices are pretty standard and fair and didnt seem over the top. Staff was very helpful and polite andcourteous and definitely will become my go to Rita's going forward. Read more
Hit this place on a BUSY Saturday. (93 degrees out...) I saw the line and told the Kids we could try again later- but they did... the sad puppy eyes thing, and I took them in. All I can say is that the crew at this Rita's got through a line of 20 people inabout 8 minutes. The teamwork impressed me enough to write this review. This place is clearly run well, and had a great staffwho were properly trained. We had a great experience there. (Oh- and the food was great too.) I will be taking my Family backsoon. Read more
The people working here forget and make lots of mistakes and this Rita's has been here for a while. Overcharging, putting... custard in a cup instead of a cone. Custard is good and manager is nice, but employees need more training. Pretty expensive aswell. Read more
