Not really sure what happened after they remodeled but have had many drinks made pretty carelessly which sucks when you pay 6$... for a coffee. Will be going to the one in target from now on. Don't recommend this location Read more

The ONLY reason this place is getting 4 stars is because of the staff that usually works in the morning. My drink is always made... correctly and ready. Plus they're super nice. The staff working later shifts is a different story. I was all the way down at TJMaxx when I ordered my drink ahead for the drive through. It took me about 10ish minutes to get there, but I was practicallyscolded by the girl working the drive thru because I "was too close and too early, and it was going to be a wait". 1) One carwas ahead of me in the drive thru that's it 2.) I was so confused because I got there AFTER the estimated time for my drink tobe done (I understand you can't always go off that but again I was scolded for being there "right away after ordering") 3) andhere's the kicker, when I was handed my drink that supposedly they had to make it was separated (pink drink) which only happensif its been sitting. So again, the morning staff are phenomenal (David and Emily are amazing) but as far as the other staff, itssubpar. Read more

Placed order via mobile app and arrived at the drive-thru less than 5 minutes later. Entire order was ready upon arrival. Very... minimal wait, as I was 3rd car in the drive-thru line. Quick and very polite transaction. Entire order was made correctly andthe crew members were customer service oriented. Read more

Order accuracy is decent - but I come to find that this location prioritizes the drive through. Whenever I place a mobile order-... I wait forever. Today, I saw them put probably 10 cars through even though I had placed a mobile order 12 minutes before Iarrived. That was frustrating and that really does happen a lot of times that I come here. I don?t understand the emphasis onthe drive through when it?s obvious the majority of those cars are ordering in real time. I also tend to stand there for 10+minutes before anyone even asks for my name so when they do the mobile orders, they are placing some on the counter when thosepeople aren?t even there yet. I get that it?s supposed to go in order, but then you can?t explain the drive through piece withthose orders going first. It?s all very confusing to me. I am sure that logistically that as a customer I don?t understand so Ican?t discount that at all, it?s just when you are paying these are the things that we see, not all the behind the scenes ofassignments or times or queues. I just wish the orders could be ready when they say they are ready - waiting an additional 10minutes when I get there when I ordered before I arrived will never make sense to me and does make me not want to use thislocations. This hiring manager has to be extremely prejudice. He ask me in for an interview and said I need help. I called him numerous... times then he said oh I will shoot you an email because he had no reason to not give me the job plus I have worked at Starbuckspreviously. Then I see in my email you have not been selected why when you have terrible reviews and people are dissatisfiedwith the drinks? Maybe you want your customers to have nasty drinks. Just not a very good experience. Could see the employees. We're irritated with one another. Other customers didn't look very... satisfied as well. That atmosphere just wasn't what it is. Has been at other Starbucks I've been too. My drink came out greatthough. Read more
