Coming in here for a cup of coffee this morning, I did not expect to leave feeling so smiley and happy!! The cashier was so... nice! I came into this store and waited at the counter for several minutes. There were three employees on the floor, two behind the... counter and one mopping the floor. All three ignored me while I waited. Finally someone came out from the back to wait on me.Since I was already in a hurry I had to leave. Waiting would have been a lot less frustrating if I had not been totally ignoredby all three people working. Read more

Great service, clean and bright. And they had my favorite vanilla sweat cream nitro cold brew!
4 sandwiches the board, 3 they are out of. Had to substitute the entire order and it was subpar. Great staff. Did get a $4... gift card to return but that won't happen. Handed it off to a woman sitting there, maybe she will have better luck. Read more
The crew was fantabulous. I was a tourist there, and ya know when you're not with you local Starbucks team you're always worried... they won't make the drink correctly. These kids had it going on! And the cashier gave me a Pup Cup for my Husky! Awww!! Read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Granted, it is Thanksgiving day. But this somehow this service was slower... than the 40 person line at the Chicago airport Starbucks. Someone actually left before their drink came because it was taking solong. I waited 25 minutes for a double shot of espresso, that?s gotta be a record. Read more
