First time ordering food from this 1 but they take care of you like every Subway Should
Giving it a 3 star for a painfully slow service. Staff were friendly and did good job with subs. I recommend this subway just... make sure you are not short on time. FYI- subs are made much better in person than using the app. I have done online order atthis store. Subs were sloppy and they didn't follow instructions. So, I have switched to 2nd best option of just going in therestaurant and ordering in person. Read more

for starts i come to subway very often and today was an absolute disaster. i came in during my 30 minute lunch break and i... didn?t can?t help for 5 minutes. they were all talking about laughing and werent making my sandwich. it took the lady Kai, 10minutes to make my sandwich. andddd they didn?t take my coupon after they sent it to me. i told the lady i wanted a cookie andshe didn?t get ring me up for one and the whole situation was very awkward. she didn?t ask me what kind of size i wanted. i alsobelieve it is bad customer service to not say ?have a nice day? horrible absolutely horrible experience. Ordered 2 foot long and one six inch at 1145 on the subway app. The order was suppose to be ready at 1200. It?s now 1230 and... still waiting. What?s the point of the app? Workers were unapologetic. Avoid this subway. It?s well worth driving a few moremiles for better service elsewhere. Read more
Our food tasted great. However, the poor girl, who was great, had no help. There were two other workers in the subway, not... caring that there were customers waiting. When it was time to check out the one worker, who was sitting the whole time, checkedus out but couldn?t help with putting our subs in the basket. Also the place was VERY dirty, no clean tables and the floors weregross. I work for a restaurant and would never leave a dirty place for customers. Read more
Let me start by saying that I have not visited a Subway in a few years now. I am a very picky eater and only ever order a... footlong sub with cheese, no meat no veggies, just cheese. On the off chance that they have pizza, I opt for that. My coworkerreceived some coupons in the mail, so we ventured out to get a deal. Went to one subway, they were closed. We were determined,so we searched for another store. Went to this one, and everything went downhill from there. First, they do not accept coupons.Next, they were out of pizza. Last, they charged me $9 for a sandwich with JUST CHEESE. I inquired why, the cashier told me thatthere is an additional topping charge for more cheese. Okay. My coworker paid the same price on their supreme sub with everykind of meat and veggie imaginable. Tell me how this makes sense? Disappointed. Read more
