The kid at the counter was rude and apparently was out of everything, very very very slow even with a line of people. His... sandwich making skills were that of my 2 year olds. Horrible experience. He closed the shop 30 mins early as well. Incrediblylazy employee. If he worked for me in one of my franchises I'd do myself a favor and fire him asap. Read more

Ordered a 12" meatball sub. One half had 1 meatball. The other half had two and a half meatballs. This is what i get for... ordering online and not watching them make it. Pathetic. Read more
went there to get a free turkey sub per their one time promotion, and was disappointed I had to argue *not* to have certain... ingredients on the sub like cheese, onions, ect. employee suggested I was changing what it was meant to be and trying to getsomething different. I fought hard and won. These folks need a refresher course in customer service> math>subtraction>ok tosubtract> less ingredients= more profit. But thanks for the free sub. Read more
Not meet the subway standards. I got 6 tuna foot long sandwiches that were horribly done the amount of tuna was less than half... it should be I called to complain and manager Sam I believe he is the owner as well wanted me to send him the pics that I didand he never acknowledged or said any thing in return in the evening when I texted again he said he will let me know tomorrowbut never did and after two days s when I texted again he said he will call me later and after few hours he called and wasgiving me the reason that it was a deal (buy two and get one free) so it doesn?t matter his employee said that he made itright however he can give me a free sub that I asked him to enjoy from me I will never go to this subway again very bad qualitysub and worst costumer service. Been here about a dozen times, I would say most times I go there is a miserable employee with a rotten attitude. They are always... on their phones when I go, and when I walk in and the kid rolls his eyes and I see they don't wanna work it makes me wonder whyI even bothered coming. They are then very fast and choppy in communication and usually slop together the sandwiches. I neversee a manager around to give them direction so of course they don't do a good job. I have had many bad experiences at this subway. Hair in my food, rude service, being ignored! Today pushed me past my limits I... work in the plaza and I wanted to get a drink that only subway has so I walked in and there was a girl in the back eating onbreak that?s fine But then the man in the back of the store saw me and just ignored me I waited there for a few minutes andstill no one came to service me. I figured the girl on break would at least tell her co-worker that I was there just in case himmaking eye contact with me wasn?t enough. So I left. They just lost a customer. And I hope they are happy with all the customersthey lose because I know they lose a lot because I always hear complaints about them. They need to learn or hire betteremployees Or maybe a better owner. Only been here once and it was super slow, It's been closed for good. Looks like a small brewery or pub might be going in.
