When in the mood for fast Mexicana food it hits the spot with friendly employees. However, as of lately since reopening the... dine-in after Covid it is total hit or miss if the dinning room is open. Several times we have gone at either lunch or diner andthe doors were looked with drive-thru open. I don't want drive-thru I want to sit down at a table and enjoy my food hot. Read more
This taco bell used to be my favorite... now I never get any sauce with my order no matter how many times I ask for extra or... even just for the basic. Especially if you order online and want sauce, just forget about it. You will not get sauce with youorder if they even get the order right to begin with. I don't know what has changed over the past year, but it breaks my heartthat this taco bell has become so careless for making their customers happy. It's tavo bell food so there is that. The service was not the best. They were not really short staffed but the staff that was... there wasn't really sure what needed done and noone seemed to have a grasp on what should be going on. Very long line and verylong waits. Read more
Went at 11am. Online it said they're open. We wait at the drive thru forever, no one takes our order. Then we call cause we see... people inside. I'm saying we're trying to order and the guy rudely says they aren't open. I said they're supposed to be. He says"We'll we're not." I asked if they'll be open later and he said maybe and gave no definitive time and didn't say sorry. I saidthey should put out signs or something. Multiple people are pulling in and waiting at the drivethu and getting mad about it.Terrible workers here that apparently just open up whenever they feel like it. Never coming back. Read more
Great place customer service was amazing the first time I went through drive thru, tonight I went inside to place my order,the... lady that waited on me had a bad attitude,I asked for a receipt and so she said there is your receipt still on the receiptdispenser.i almost left but because the first time was great I stayed not very happy at all don't think I will go back Read more
TERRIBLE! tried the Taco Bell app for the 1st time and it said order will be ready for pickup at 6:21 and to go to the counter... and they will call my name.. I drove to Taco Bell and went in and waited at least 15 minutes and still no name and the appstatus showed order is being made. So after about 20 minutes and watching people come in and order and leave I asked about myorder, it was sitting there the entire time. Took it home and everything was soggy and cold. Then at 7:15 the app finallynotified me my order was ready, after we ate what we could and pitched the rest. Read more
Had a late lunch with an associate for dine-in. Ordered chicken quesdilla which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and... efficient. The food was ready in about 5 min and was hot. Read more
