When we arrived there were 3 customers and 9 employees. It took over 25 minutes to receive the first part of our order, fries... were even later than that. This was the filthiest Wendy's I've ever been to. The girl behind the counter served us, then sat at one of the tables with... another girl, meanwhile, the tables were dirty, the benches had food and drink stains on them. The condiment/utensil area wassticky from soda and needed to be refilled. The floor desperately needed to be swept, all while this girl sat with her friend. Amanager (?) Asked her to wipe the tables which she did, reluctantly, never cleaned the chairs, never pushed chairs back in, thenwent right back to the table to sit with the other girl again. Also, the benches had rips and tears on them. I had to lookaround for a clean table, which didn't phase or motivate her in the least. When we left, there was ketchup all over the doorhandle. I didn't dare use the restroom. I understand when it's busy things can get messy but my daughter and I were the only twoin there at that time. There is no excuse for that except pure laziness. Wendy's food is not as good as I remember it. But my tastes may have changed now that I eat more food that is home grown or... otherwise locally grown. This store was clean, quiet and provided wi-fi access. Read more
After the 2nd time of having a terrible experience I wanted to leave a review. Last week I went through the drive thru on a... Saturday night between 8 and 9pm. Got a large fry, a chicken sandwich, a cup of cheese sauce for the fries, a 4 for $4 meal dealand 2 large chocolate frostys. The only thing that was good in the order were the frostys. Everything was ice cold, the chickenwas hard and dark colored, the tiny cup of cheese sauce was so cold and the real kicker was that the fries were not even halfway filled up! I kid you not, they were like 1/4 filled. I have no idea how no employee noticed the fry container was mostlyempty when serving them and putting them in the bag. You couldn't miss that! Well I tried again on a Friday afternoon around 4pmbc i was starving, it's off the exit on my way home and I had coupons and hardly any money. So, this time the people were rude,acting like I was bothering them asking for napkins since there were none in the bag. And the fries were old and very coldagain, way colder than the last time even! Although this time they were filled most of the way so that was an improvement butthat's not something anyone should have to worry about. When you're paying for a certain size of something you expect, andshould get that size!!! Im not wasting my time at this Wendy's location anymore no matter how hungry I am! This was a horrible experience. I ordered a classic Asiago club sandwich with fries and a drink. When I bit into the sandwich... the chicken was so hard and dry. I tried several bites to see if it improved. It did not. It was very bad. When I went to thecounter to show them my sandwich they said that was just the way the sandwich is. So it?s bad news if they were right and theyare all that terrible. And it?s bad news if they just didn?t want to admit that the one they gave me was bad. I threw it all inthe trash and on the way out I told them but they didn?t offer me anything else to eat or my money back. I don?t think theycared. Read more
The absolute worst Wendy?s I?ve ever had! Made me wait almost 10 minutes for a stale 4 piece nugget and what was supposed to be... a double cheese with extra cheese ketchup and mustard and got Mayo (which I?m allergic to) and everything else on it. The numberlisted for this place isn?t even in service!! Watched 2 employees on their cell phones (one was an older lady)while I waited. Iwill never be back and will encourage others to not go either. I think everyone was on break at the same time, including the manager. We waited in the drive through long enough for one of the... employees to walk across the street to Arby's. They forgot to give any utensils or napkins for my potato, but I wouldn't haveeaten it if I could because there was an eyelash in it. Read more
