Long wait on a Saturday night, but WELL WORTH IT! The seafood platter and crab dip rivaled Jerry's Seafood in Bowie, and that's... not hyperbolie! Aubrie took care of us that night, and she was THE BEST! The 45 minute drive from Upper Marlboro was nothingcompared to the delicious and perfectly cooked food. Ordered take out, wait time no problem, order taking from menu was good and service with a smile and attention. Food was good;... fish, Haddock fried was tasty, crab cake sandwich was very large and really great, recommended. Overall, good rating, was gothere again if in the area. I like to compare fish and chip dinners from a lot of restaurants in lots of different states as a barometer of the restaurant's... quality. I travel quite a bit throughout the year. This is a basic plate that so often is not done well. Sometimes the fish issoggy, or the oil is old, or the chips are terrible... I usually don't expect much. After that long winded intro, I enjoyed myfish and chips at the Foxy Fish. the fish was cooked well, with a light breading. The fries could have been a bit crispier, butit was a good meal. This isn't a 5 star place, but there is nothing wrong with it, either. All the young lady servers werefriendly and service was VERY good. I'll be back. Read more
