31 dollars & I left still hungry & dissatisfied. 1st, the restaurant wasn't the cleanest, I get it, they were busy, but that... bathroom was gross. Urine all over the floor puke in the standing stall, gross.... I almost left, had I not work all day &desperately wanted to eat. I go to my table & my soda & silverware was taken. The waitress forgot to write my order down &had to re-ask my order. Got my check with even finishing my steak. Wanted a desert but got rushed out. Waitress stood bywaiting for me to pull out my payment. The experience was awful. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant, not a sit-downrestaurant. The only saving grave was that the food was good. The potatoes were excellent & my steak was exactly medium rare. The cook was on point. Unfortunately, it will not save it for me to return. Served reused & burnt meat & still charged me for it because we ate the chips instead of waiting another 30 mins to ask for... something else. The additional star is because the other food quality was ok. Read more
Decided to come here for dinner, used to love the one in Williamsburg.... Never again. Our server was mediocre. No personality.... No care. The customers around us waited a very long time ontop of getting things wrong. Ours came and it LOOKED fine. Took a fewbites of my riblet plate and ran to the bathroom and got sick. Then while I was getting sick (I brought my son) He needed to usethe restroom an when I saw the bottom of that toilet seat I got sick all over again. We won't be back and honestly I adviseothers to not come back. Not until they do a deep clean and take pride in what they cook. Read more
Love this location. We have been a few times. The staff is always courteous and pleasant when we visit. Food is always... delicious. I ordered the ribs on our most recent visit and I love, love, loved them!!! Very tender and juicy! The staff seemeda bit over worked, but still pleasant and inviting. Keep up the great work! Food was fine (it?s Applebees) and server was fine (again, it?s Applebees) but the place needs a deep clean. It felt like a... sweaty armpit and surfaces are either stained or greasy. It did not help that the AC was not working as that highlighted the oldjogging pants atmosphere. Read more
Apparently chain restaurants just can?t cut it anymore. Food was cold and bland. Chicken sandwich quality is better at... Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. Pizza was below frozen grade level and the Mac and cheese was literally Kraft Mac n cheese. Broccoliundercooked. French fries stale. The waiter was nice though. Well at least to us. She wasn?t nice to her coworkers. End of dayvery sad to see this and many others that used to be the spots to go to for good eats just don?t match up anymore to privatelyowned restaurants. Read more
