I visited Bowlero on a Sunday evening around 4pm with my son and his friend. Upon arriving, I waited in line to be serviced and... learned that my son had forgotten his socks (yikes). When I approached the counter, I was unpleasantly told by the attendant togive him a moment. When he returned, I asked if they sold socks and he said yes but there aren't any lanes/tables available andto come back in up in about 5-10 minutes after a table has been cleaned and he'd put me on a lane. I looked down both sides ofthe bowling rows and saw plenty of empty lanes, but O.K. I returned to the desk after a few minutes had passed and the sameattendant acted as if he'd never spoken to me. He curtly asked, "can I help you?" I reminded him of our prior conversation andhe told me that a lane was yet to become available. I waited off to the side of the counter instead of walking away. After a fewmore minutes had passed, a group walked up to the counter and he immediately gave them a lane. He noticed me staring a hole intothe side of his head and quickly said that a lane was ready now. I allowed my son and his friend to bowl (I had to give up mysocks), and I proceeded to order food for them. The cashier at the food counter was just as bad as the front desk attendant. Shewas very unpleasant and she didn't make any attempt to explain that I could have saved money on my order if I'd placed it in acertain way. I ended up spending $27.00 on one order of 8 wings and 2 orders of fries. One of which wasn't a full order, becausethey just threw a few fries on the wing tray. The boys had fun bowling and they said the food was good (it very well had beenfor what I'd paid). I would visit Bowlero again for the fun of bowling, but I wouldn't purchase the extremely over priced foodagain. Read more

Scheduled a party and there was a minor conflict with the details, however Erin, a manager, was absolutely amazing. She was able... to ensure all of our requests were met and more than accommodating to make our event exceptional. We highly recommend thislocation. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. My party and I first arrived and decided to wait inside for the... rest of our party to get there. We waited by the front desk just chatting for about 7 minutes then walked over to the pooltables for another 5 minutes. We we were ready to pay We got in line and a white women behind the desk yelled at one of themembers of our party that no outside food or drinks where permitted in the premises. Totally understandable however everyone waswonder why she had to yell in such an unprofessional manner. We finally get our lane and start to bowl. By the end of our gametwo more people arrived to bowl making it 8 in total. We purchase another game and their shoes but then realize we cannot addthem to our next game. They didn't tell us that only 6 can bowl in a lane a didn't tell us until we asked for help. Then thesecond lane they gave us kept breaking down. At one point we were left waiting for someone to come and fix it. After ten minutesI went to the front desk and asked for a Manger and explained that we all wanted to keep the same pace while bowling and withthe second lane broken the people on the first lane would leave them behind. The manager said someone was coming and theyfinally were able to fix it but the game cut short on the person who was bowling during the breakdown. Had a group of us(8) to bowl,we have purchase the summer fun pass & are league bowlers in this house and we're refused to get 2... lanes so we can cross lanes and complete our games in a timely matter. Instead Sherry & Alice who were at the front desk put 5-6bowlers on one lane,I tried to explain to them that by putting us on one lane rather than 2 it would take too much time,but theydidn't want to hear it so we literally spent 3 1/2 hrs to finish our 3 games!! I had ask to speak to Bo put was told he wasn'tin. They have to do better than this as we patronize this facility & should be treated better than this. I hope by posting thisreview someone can look into this matter & hopefully be treated better in the future. Read more
Bowlero Mechanicsville was great! We had my daughters birthday party there. The facility was clean and inviting. The GM Bo was... great and made sure we had everything we needed. Sam was our bartender/server and she was wonderful. The party package was agreat price. My daughter was happy and the cookie cake was delish! Read more
We just stumbled upon this place. As we were walking to Panera Bread for dinner, we seen it and decided to go here instead.... Everything from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was an awesome experience. I was impressed as soon as I walkedin, the 2 guys at check-in were kind and helpful, we got put on a waiting list for a lane, apparently Monday nights are bowlingleagues, it was so packed! The 2 gals where we ordered food were very nice and accommodating. And the barmaid Kay....how couldyou not tip her well with her great attitude and just overall pleasantness to talk with as she makes the most wonderful andpretty cocktails, all while handling the bar by herself with over 50 lanes! Our food was brought to our lane and it wasoutstanding! If you're in the area, you got to check this place out! Oh, the arcade is a bit expensive. Read more
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was good but the nachos were way over priced. Other than that everything was great.
