One of our group ordered a salad that was supposed to come with blue cheese. They were out of blue cheese but didn't bother to... mention that. Had to go back to the counter and ask why no blue cheese on the salad before they fessed up. Did do a substituteof cheddar. My grilled sandwich was very dry. The bathroom stalls were very gross. Food was fine but the service was horrible. I was trapped in the drive-thru for nearly an hour. I ended a phone call as I pulled... into line, and by the time I received my food, 47 minutes had passed since I had hung up. I confirmed the length of time on mygoogle location timeline to make sure I wasn't imagining things. Absolutely unacceptable. The line wasn't even unusually long. It should have cycled in 10-15 minutes tops. I had planned to grab breakfast, drop my dog off at the vet for her appointment,and eat in the car on the way home. The insane length of this drive-thru wait caused me to be late for the vet drop off, and Ihad to pay a late arrival fee. There was no way out of the line and there was no apology or explanation. This location is better than the one near Virginia Center Commons. It's still busy but if you go inside instead of waiting in... the drive thru you can get your food faster if you're in a hurry. That's my chick FIL a hack!! ???????????? Read more

I am a frequent visitor to this location. I can say, without a doubt that the employees work harder than any other fast food... chain I?ve seen. If I could give 7 stars, trust me I would. I ask for specific changes to my meals and fruit cups. Without asecond thought, they always make it happen. The mix of younger and older staff makes it feel like a family. Such an amazinglocation. Dine in, Order # 2525386. Ordered 2 spicy chicken meals. Soggy bread began to fall apart before I was 1/3 finished, chicken- eh,... waffle fries- cold and hard. I paid $21.31 for 2 meals... wow! Slow service. Seriously disappointing. Read more
