I?m not one to write reviews to complain; as it?s my normal habit to acknowledge great businesses and support them - but this... place is consistently horrible. I also realize it?s likely few will read this because, we?ll, it?s Little Cesar?s and you getwhat you pay for. We placed an online order an hour in advance for pickup. I got there, had to stand up front several minutesbefore someone came from the back. I was then told it wasn?t ready because ?they forgot.? No apology. So then I waited - whileholding my other food from the Skrimo Shack next door, which is always excellent! I waited and waited and finally asked themanager if I could speak to him. I almost had to beg because he told me he was too busy. Then, after 25 minutes of waiting foran online order, I got a super nice free soda for my troubles and not a word of apology from the girl taking the orders wholikely was the one to forget. Update:. Since my one star review over a year ago, this place has picked up it's game. We have had good experiences here over... the last year, and felt like ownership has taken some steps to make this place better. Good job, and they've earned an upgradeto 3 stars. You're only as good as your worst night, and tonight was their worst night. Not really deserving of a single star. On a good night, I'm a fan of Little Caesars. But this location has consistent issues. Waited 30 minutes OVER the time theysaid my pizza would be done on my order that was made through the app. Then get home and find out they got the order wrong. Acheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza was my order. Left with a cheese and a supreme. If I had asked them to correct it Iprobably would have been there another hour. Employees are slow, rude, and barely ever come out to check for orders or check tomake sure people are being taken care of. This mostly falls on management/ownership. Read more

Idk if I caught the worst times but twice in about 1.5 months I came here. First time after over 20 minutes of being alone in... the store trying to get ANYONE to the counter, I walked the hell out. Literally couldn't be bothered to get my order IN. I evenyelled back twice. Second time I placed a large order at Skrimp Shack next door. Walked over and ordered a SINGLE BatmanPizza. Skrimp Shack was done in about 20 minutes with a MUCH larger order. After 40 minutes waiting for my Batman pizza andseeing half a dozen orders placed AFTER mine leave, I had to YELL at the workers to get my pizza to me. It took so long wemissed our event. This particular location is terrible! There is no such thing as "hot n ready", the pizza portal takes 30-45 minutes, and what I... ordered is technically on the "hot n ready" menu. I had an elderly gentleman in front of me complaining that it had been an hourfor his pizza portal order. Guess what? His food was from the "hot n ready" menu as well! After 30 minutes, I got my pizzaportal alert saying it was ready only to scan and there be nothing in my shelf. I sat there for another 10 minutes watching thestaff as I waited and easily figured out why it was a disaster... The people making the pizza, one of which I believe is amanager, had no urgency. I watched as it took the whole 10 minutes to prep 2 pizzas. I don't know what needs to happen to fixthis, but it has been going on for as long as I can remember. This is the cleanest LC I've ever been in. The girl at the counter was super friendly and made my pizzas fresh. They were so hot... when I got them I could barely hold them so when I got them home they were the PERFECT temperature. When I spend $16 on 3 pizzasI don't expect much but i left with better service and quality than the expensive places. Read more
