I will no longer give this location my business, and neither should you. Many times now I've had parts of an order forgotten or... completely wrong. I'd gotten mac and cheese that was so liquidy it may as well have been a cheese soup with noodles, as well asreally watered down smoothies with barely any taste to be had. This was not every time, but the inconsistency with the qualityof product I was getting is honestly unacceptable. When I choose to spend my money it should not be a coin toss of whether theproduct will be worth it or not, let alone whether I'll even receive it. Last night I ordered a bagel at the drive throughamong other things, and received no bagel. I did not realize this until I got home, and I called 5 times only to be disconnectedafter waiting on the line for a good few minutes. Today I called 5 more times only for the same thing to happen again, so I hadto physically drive to the location to even get the problem solved. Oh and that part on every receipt that says if your order'snot correct they'll fix it and give you something extra for your trouble? Well that's a lie, at least when it comes to thislocation. I realize a bagel is at the end of the day not that expensive, but I don't want to give this place any more money thanit deserves because at this point it deserves none. This lackluster customer service and product quality is frankly shameful. Iwent to this location for convenience, not to have half a meal and the extra hassle of having to chase down a refund. It's veryupsetting. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the employees, the way online ordering works, the drive-through, or anunderstaffing issue and at this point I don't care. I'm done. Read more
I just want to recognize how hard everyone works here at this Panera. Everybody is putting there best face forward to provide... amazing service for EVERYONE! The team lead with curly hair that works in the back. She?s amazing. Thank you Panera staff forbeing so amazing!? Read more
Absolutely had the worst experience here at lunch time today. People were waiting 45-60 minutes for their food. The team... leader was anything but a team leader. She had a poor attitude and complained constantly that she was tired of peoplecomplaining to her about the service. After almost waiting for an hour, I asked for a refund. I had no more time to wait. Sheyells to a manager that "this lady doesn't want to wait for her food"! I understand being short staffed, but maybe think aboutwhy people are so frustrated with your service. Telling them up front that the kitchen is running behind and it could takealmost an hour to receive their food would allow them to make the choice of whether or not they wanted to wait or go somewhereelse. People do not expect that kind of wait time at Panera Bread. Service at this location has been on the slow side the lastfew times I have visited, but today just topped the cake. No croutons in my salad just lettuce and Cesar dressing. There was a long piece of brown hair In My bag, and hummus or something... all over my sandwhich that was supposed to be just turkey and lettuce. Stopped with my family for dinner. The manager (Maggie) and her staff was over the top nice. They have a great attitude and... offered free pastries to my kids and then to my wife and myself. Completely unexpected and nice treat for our road trip. Wealways love Panera?s food but this service made this a great stop! Read more
When we landed in Virginia we were hungry and decided to have small pizza and mango smoothie. We ordered in the cafe and we got... our order in 10-15 minutes. The pizza was hot and its crust was also delicious. It was very well prepared. We loved its taste.The mango smoothie was very sour and we couldn't drink it. We threw the mango smoothie out as it was difficult to drink. Read more
I usually get great service at this location but today I am highly upset with my delivery order. I would avoid getting the steak... and cheddar sandwich which only had a couple slices of meat and a small amount of cheese and onion. Everything else in the orderwas good so not sure how they fell short there. A quality check needs to be implemented before sending out. Read more
Service is always great, Cafe is always clean. Ample parking. Food has gone up in price while portions have gone down, flavors... are more hot or miss (esp. regarding salt in the soup). Given Chipotle is next door with better quality for the price, it makesPanera a tougher choice. Read more
