Ordered 2 pizza bowls, $20.00+. While they were good, bowl was not in the description. Very little product!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order online 30 minute arrival time. 1 hour 10 minutes later still no pizza. Called and the... girl that answered offered no apology just voided my order. Sad Read more

Customer service was horrible. 1 resister guy on phone taking order. Having trouble with that. The manager/ supervisor not doing... much. She finally came over to help, she drop the f bomb. Meanwhile customer stacking up inside. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more

The pizza tasted funny. I haven't ordered from any Papa John's in almost a year and this was very disappointing!!! ????????????... It was almost 1a.m. and the options of open restaurants was slim. Service was horrible as our family ordered pizza for a birthday party! They called and claimed they didn?t deliver to our area... when we have ordered pizza plenty of times and got it delivered. They already made our pizza , but claimed they had to cancelour order and remake it when guests for the party already arrived. We asked how long and they said 30 minutes! So we had to goand pick it up! We asked if we could get a discount for the horrible experience and inconvenience and they said no! We had toleave our guest to go pick up the pizza! To top it off I was up all night with massive stomach cramping and throwing up due tothe pizza! We will NEVER order from papa johns pizza again! Calling corporate office! Ordered a large supreme pizza for my mom while she was in the hospital (she thought she could eat it but did not) - it's been a... long time since I've had a store bought pizza and it may be a while before I have another. This was not very good, didn't likethe sauce and the onion pieces were too big. The service was great and it didn't take long to get the order. Just didn't likethe pizza sauce.
