I come to this location one to two times a week. I always grab coffee and snacks for my kids when I do my shopping. After... today's visit, I will not return. The lady with pink hair was extremely rude. Not only rude to me but rude to the followingcustomers. She didn't acknowledge a single person. She made our drinks terribly. I wanted to return my drinks for a refund butI wanted to avoid any other conflict I just threw the drinks into the trash. Read more
Employees could be more polite and professional. Which leads to the drinks at this particular location not to be as good as... other star bucks. I Personally recommend the Star bucks located in Mechanicsville VA beside Fed ex. Read more
Starbuck needs to come out with a joint that is not sweet. I see this for the diabetics. Because they need to have the... opportunity to drink something is not loaded with sugar. And is there was need to follow the directions of the customer. Alsonoticed now all service do that and then when they have to make the drink again this attitude but it's basically their faultbecause they didn't follow directions. Read more
