Got our order completely wrong, didn't toast bread on any of our 3 subs, did not put cheese on any of them, put lots of mayo... when we asked for light mayo and completely forgot to put sweet onion sauce on one. Bread was so soggy from all the mayo Icouldn't eat it. Will not be returning. Read more
There's a lady that works during the day. I'm guessing she's also the manager. She acts like she hates her job. I thought she... was just being rude to me but I saw that she was the same way with everyone else. It doesn't hurt to put a smile on your face. Isaid hello to her and she looked right at me like I didn't even exist. Food is ok... Sometimes the sandwiches are good andsometimes not. Customer service is just not there. Very sad. Read more
Came in around 3 order two subs and the potato soup. While eating the soup there was a long curly black hair in it. After seeing... that I lost my appetite. Tried calling store about 7 times and they would not answer the phone. I think that is ridiculous andunprofessional. I come here all the time and after this experience I will take my money elsewhere. I do not recommend thislocation and I plan on letting everyone I know about my experience. Read more
