They decided to close an hour early and lock up. I called the store with 3 employees standing around. All the lights on and the... open sign on. They just stood there and would acknowledge me. They tried to tell they were closed. I point to the glowing opensign they went to turn it off. I point that there hours say they are open for another 40 minutes. They go no we closed. I waslike well the sign is still on and it says your open for another 40 minutes he goes nah were closed. The manager or own needs tofix the hours if that's that case or needs to check their employees for being rude and possibly closing early and getting paidan hour of avoiding work Read more

Stopped with my daughter, the woman behind the counter was not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered by her job. Get our... smoothies, and my daughters turned out just fine. Mine came out with only 3/4 of the cup full. For the price of the smoothiesand seeing all the others come out full to the lid was frustrating but I wasn't about to spend another minute inconveniencingthe woman behind the counter. Read more

Worst experience. They don't acknowledge you're there waiting in line. We stood by the register for 15 minutes with a line... behind us and not a single person acknowledged anyone. Staff seemed very rude. Myself and my family all walked out after waitingfor so long. Several other customers walked out too. I've been to this location a few times before today and its been a fewmonths since I been there, my last experience my entire order was wrong. I thought maybe after a few months it would be betterbut definitely not.. they always happen to mess up on someone's order . There is multiple signs saying no mask no service butstaff has masks below there nose.. the blender was not being cleaned or rinsed between making smoothies either. I would notrecommend coming here. Everytime I come on Sunday mornings. The young lady who works behind the counter gives me attitude as soon as I walk in. It's... like she doesn't want to do her job and you just don't feel welcomed. My smoothie was made fast and delicious but the customerservice could definitely be better. The last time I came in she made me wait for over 5 mins when I was the only one in thestore.
