Got a very mediocre greeting when I pulled into the drive thru. I was told to pull ahead after my order. When I got to the... window, the young lady had her hand out with no total or acknowledgement whatsoever. I asked for the total gave her my card, andshe at least responded to have a good evening. Then, after waiting in the same spot, 5 minutes later she opens the window andwants to know if she's taken my payment yet!! She is in desperate need of proper training. Then finally, I waited at the nextwindow for my food, and the lady finally brought my bag over and TURNED HER HEAD AWAY FROM ME NEVER SAYING ANYTHING AND HELD MYFOOD OUT TO ME. This place needs some leadership..at least my chicken sandwich was fresh, however the usually good chili wasthick and old tasting. Very disappointed. It's a nice building in a good location. So disappointing! I hardly ever eat fast food, but when I do, I love a Wendy?s cheeseburger. I?ve tried going here 3 times in... the past week. First time computer was down, second time it was around 11pm and pulled up and no one answered the drive thru,even though they close at midnight. Could clearly see workers inside cleaning up. I figured today I would go and try one moretime. It was 5 on a Sunday. Service was not great. What appeared to be a manager wasn?t friendly at all. My food was cold??frieswere ice cold. I?m glad I?m not the only one that has noticed how slow this place is. 3 separate occasions slowest service ever. One time a... girl was yelling and screaming at another employee and everyone was watching it all unfold, it took more than 20 min to get myfries and drink because people rather watch an almost fight than work. Tonight I noticed the line wasn?t moving, right before Iordered.. she told me to hold on and I did until i remembered the last time I waited for freakin ever! I left. I don?t normally review fast food chains, but this location had great friendly service (which seems to be harder and harder to... find), was a very clean and pleasant environment as it is a newer location, and out of all of your typical fast food burgers,Wendy?s is hard to beat! My husband even mentioned it would be a nice quiet place to come sit and work if he needed to get outof the house. :) Read more
