This location used to be so good! It used to be speedy with great staff. Now, even during the morning rush, the service is slow... and the workers aren't the friendliest. Three days ago, I went to get a latte AN HOUR before closing and was told that becausethey were closing in an hour, the machine was already cleaned and closed. This location could and should be so much better. Read more

The worst. We were the only people there. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 orders of bacon...only one was hot and edible.... The other was cold...like see the grease cold! 2 orders of hashbrown...one cooked to the point of being unedible the other orderalso cold! Then they didn't put my omelet bites in the bag...when told her at the window we still needed the omelet bites...shelooked at me like I was lying and told me to "look in the bag". Ummm....I did you cocky little snot. You forgot to put them inthe f'n bag!! Let me remind you there were no other customers inside or out!!! Wow... Read more

We were visiting from out of town and stopped by the drive-thru with our friend. We ordered two medium hot chocolates and two... small frozen hot chocolates. When we got to the front the lady took our card and then handed us two drinks and our card back. Wewaited for a second for our frozen drinks. When we asked about them she told us we did not order anything else and was veryshort with us. We asked to have them made and we would pay. She told us we had to drive back around order. The second time shehardly said a word. I understand people are short staffed, but there is no reason to be rude when there is a misunderstanding. Read more

If it wasn't for Abby this afternoon at the window, I would have rated my visit a 2. The person who was filling my order didn't... make the correct size coffees and when she went to correct it after Abby caught the error before giving the drinks to me, Iwatched the woman fill one with regular, and the second was to be decaf. I yelled from the window it was decaf. Abby went to herrescue to tell her and the woman got all annoyed and said "I don't want to be here ever." Quite frankly she should be gone. Badcustomer service when someone gets mouthy regardless if directed to the customer or not. It also creates a very negative workenvironment for everyone around her. Abby was great - one could see her good work ethic and she was pleasant, smiling, looked mein the eye. Five stars are for her!!! Read more
