Every time I come here, my order is ALWAYS wrong, no matter what time of day. I'm not really sure at this point if it is truly a... matter of incompetence, theft by management (considering I buy a more expensive item that is frequently replaced with a muchcheaper item; ex. a steak, egg and cheese replaced with a sausage, egg and cheese, or a spicy chicken deluxe replaced with aplain chicken sandwich), or both! I try to stop here as little as possible (I am around the corner on a daily basis, and yet Ifrequently drive an hour round trip to go to the Greenwich McDonald's instead because they do such a wonderful job!), and wouldrecommend others to avoid this place like the plague unless you want to waste your money and get cheated too. I will say though,the staff are very nice and friendly, and that I am really leaning to this being more of a management issue, starting at thetop. Read more

I have lived here years and they have messed up every order in some way. It's always something funny like I'll ask for a quarter... pounder deluxe and they'll give me a quarter pounder, or they'll give me something that vaguely resembles cream soda, that issticky and transparent, and claim that it's a coffee. The fries are good though, so eh. It's like a fun surprise every time. Read more
Absolutely terrible, ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and a small fry. Fries were cold and cheeseburger had onions.... Go inside was told food was re made. Fries still cold and I received a burger with bites taken out of it Read more
I don't know if I shared this or not but a couple weeks ago I had pancakes at the McDonald's on Route 146 in Clifton Park and... I'm telling you those pancakes were so delicious! ???????????????????? Lived in mechanicville now for over 4 years and can honestly say this has to be the worst mcdonalds to date every trip there... something is always missing either toys in my kids happy meals when water main breaks happy which is often for this town theyhand out canned beverages understandable but what's not is when my son gets spoiled chocolate milk that's smells like it's beencottaging for weeks no straws or missing main course in adult meals one trip instead of a double quarter pounder got a bun in abox for what the prices are for food there now and these people wanting more money for slow food service instead of fast foodservice I'd pay them less for thier incompetence to get simple orders correct when you go inside they basically deal with doordash online orders only and give attitude when having to take face to face orders after today I'd rather drive the extra 15minutes to just get better service elsewhere this mcdonalds is a joke ohand to note the burgers are basically all grease Read more

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, comes with fries and drink. The grease in the bottom of the container was something I've... NEVER saw in my life from McDonald's. It was also not properly done, the bun on top with half the ingredients all fallingoff, fries were old and cold. The burger was gross and I couldn't eat all of it, even though I was starving. We used the drivethrough so I can't comment on atmosphere. Read more
