I normally go here to get Milk, when I did I intended to buy 1 gallon, use that to fill up my milk card, then use it to get a... half gallon of milk, but the two cashiers said I couldn't do that and would have to wait until next time. I have done it thatway for years and no one said I couldn't. Why that sudden change? Read more

I do not like stewarts ice cream (especially the cotton candy). It does not taste good, instead it is nauseating. The iced... coffee is good. Bubbles and hayners are way better in terms of ice cream. Read more

This is my favorite of all the Stewart's (Park Ave Mechanicville). I go here every single day because I love everyone who works... here. Dan, the manager, is such a fantastic human being and always makes our experience enjoyable. Thanks, Dan. And thank all ofyou for being awesome! Read more

Tiny ice cream cones My wife and I stopped in yesterday for a couple of single dip ice cream cones. May I first say we have done... this for years all over the capital region and almost always have a good experience. Stewart's Shops is generally a well runorganization compared to other C store chains we've visited. Way more often than not we get cones with a heaping amount of icecream loaded inside and on top made by skilled, consciousness servers. We feel this is a fair exchange of money for product eventhough 2 single dip cones cost over $5. Yesterday we didn't get our money's worth. We each got a small round ball of ice creamon top of a cone, mine a regular, hers a sugar. I complained but the server didn't seem to understand my point. I hope this isnot a new company procedure to reduce cost and improve profit. If so, it won't work as sales will decline greatly. Tiny icecreams are just not worth $2.50. I am actually thinking our experience was due to the server not putting forth the effort ittakes to make worth-the-money cones. I guess we'll learn more on our next visit, but not to this Stewart's. Got a nice responsefrom Stewart's management so I changed my rating to 4 stars. Read more
