Great place to visit with friends - super staff even though the were very busy. We loved sharing the smoked corn and the... Mediterranean dips. Skip the salads though - I got the BLT salad which was really lackluster (other than the 2 strips of baconon top) - and my friend said the same about her Green Goddess salad. We usually get 2 apps, drinks, meal & dessert. We've gone as a party of 2, 4 & 6. We've tried a lot of meals and everything is... always cooked ton perfection. wood fired steaks, burgers, pizza are some favorites. Good food, but small portions for the price. As others have mentioned, the inside is very loud. Not sure what can be done about... that. Due to the noise inside, we elected to eat outside. To our surprise, their outside seating is wood picnic tables. As weall know, those are awful and so uncomfortable. Strange to have such a nice presentation inside, but camp outside. For theprice, I don't want to eat on picnic tables with no back. Read more
We had a lovely dinner with another couple on Thursday, May 19th, with Chris as our waiter. We had the mussels and the Green... Goddess salad to start. The salad is large enough to share with two people. Our friend had the sirloin steak as an entree whichwas the special and it was outstanding and cooked perfectly. I had the chicken entree which I have had before and took half homesince it is a large portion, and it was excellent. My husband had the baby back ribs and this was terrific too. One friend isdieting and she had the BLT salad with grilled shrimp on it. We all tried a few bites of the butterscotch brownie with ice creamwhich was phenomenal! Chris did an excellent job getting us drinks, and the host and hostess at the front were very welcomingtoo. We have been here before but it has been about a year. We will be back! We enjoyed our experience at Avenue last night. The meals were good (steak frittes, sirloin special, swordfish) however, what... really stood out was the service. Spiro was great! - ask for him when you visit. Also, manager Mark came to the table severaltimes to make sure all was good. Check it out! Read more
Avenue is an excellent restaurant serving modern American dishes. The staff tonight was very attentative and the food... excellent. The crab bisque was creamy yet surprisingly light and the short ribs flavorful and matched with excellent vegetables. Read more
This place is a dining experience. From the food to the staff and even the ambience they’ve created, Avenue is a 10/10. We... got the roasted chicken, Avenue flatbread, and wings as an app and were blown away by the amount of time & effort the team putsinto making the food taste so damn good. The staff is amazing. Lead by GM Mark Wyspanski, you’re truly treated like a kinghere. Our waiter, David, was a pros pro. So attentive, funny and truly wants you to enjoy yourself. Can’t wait to go back. Read more
