Food Quality: Food from this restaurant is consistently on par! Great food. Customer Service: Needs major improvement. As... mentioned in a few of the previous reviews, if you place a delivery directly from their website or third party app and don’tinclude a tip they will call you and ASK for a tip. Extremely unprofessional. The woman that called to inquire about my orderinitially tried to pressure me into paying cash for tip even though I CLEARLY did not include one when I placed the order. Sheeven went as far as suggesting that I come pick up the food myself since there was not a tip included. I reminded her that a tipis OPTIONAL and that they should include a tip in the delivery fee if they want to pay their drivers. This is after I spent $56+dollars for my order. Beware! They may add the tip onto the bill anyways. Check to make sure your order totals are accurate. Read more

Food is really good but don't have it delivered! It will be over an hour late. This is not based on one time either, multiple... times food has showed up over an hour late. Calling the restaurant isn't helpful either because they just say it will be theresoon. Definitely get pickup. Read more

The restaurant was a hit & miss with me. The place itself was very nice & cozy & inviting, & everything looked really nice... inside. The food was good & taste wise it was just right. The noodle soup was delicious as well as the shrimp tempura. Servicewas strange to say the least as this was my first time there trying to read through their extensive menu & I felt rushed to makea decision, & there was nobody there. I didn’t even have time to finish my appetizer when the main course was already comingfelt so fast & my apps were getting cold. In the end the food was good but overall experience was sub par. My favorite sushi place anywhere. We always ordered pickup over the phone and then walked over because the prices were cheaper... ordered directly through them and it was a nice walk. We usually get the New England Maki and Blue Fuji Maki, plus a coupleother rolls to try out. Read more
