Pulled up at this place, orderd from the menu chicken fries w/fries $4, and mix & match $7. I pull up to pay the nice lady... tells me $15.blahblah, i said what why so much, she broke down the cost. I explain the chicken fries and fries are together notseperate, and the cost is $4, she said show me, so i pull the app on my phone and show her, she said give me the coupon #, ireplied there is no coupon #, its just on the menu. Waited for 20 minutes while the staff worried more about the drive thru than the people in the store, and to top it off every... couple of minutes someone would peek out at the 15 or so customers that were standing and waiting to order... needless to say Ias well as some others left and went somewhere else. I would send Health Inspectors IMMEDIATELY. We walked in, there's 15 people standing around between waiting for UberEATS and... trying to order. While waiting for 7+ workers fooling around, watched one guy, NO GLOVES dipping into the French fries, eatingbread, pickles, etc. Then a second woman making the sandwiches,touching the barrels with her hand, then making food. It was raining crazy and the lady could not understand me because of the noise. I pulled up to order and she took my order at... the window. Maybe they should spend some money of the speaker system and a roof over the Oder screen. She was helping and thefood was Burger King quality if you don?t like it go to a more expensive restaurant. Terrible. Order spicy chicken sandwich and it came out uncooked and rubbery, soda was watered down. Tastes like seltzer water.... Waste of money, they do not care about how they cook your food. Do not go to this burger king! How can you serve someoneuncooked chicken?? Please check the quality of your food before serving it! You have to do better! If I can post a picture onhere I will. I know it's there job to be on the mic phone and take orders , but the service is in the middle they just ignore you at the... drive thru... This is a place you just need to eat and they supply it. They put onions on my burger which made the whole thingtaste like it and I repeated my order and they do this a lot . This is why I waited for the review Read more
