This DD was poor today and this DD is one of my usual stops before other DD. The 2 young boys served up a miserable iced coffee... it was lacking the right sweetness I requested it was iceless and warm an I told them iced, was very bitter like over heatedcoffee tastes, short on cream, didn't give straws, I requested Decafinated and with all the mistakes they made I asked if it wasdecaf and he said it was I told him I couldn't have caffine he assured me it was decaf, WELL it wasn't and I paid for thatmistake later as the caffine really missed with my anxiety, extreamly PO'ed over this. I'll go to one of my other favorite DDand avoid this one the two boys are irresponsible and did not seem intetrested in what they wrre doing. NOTE: this is the 2ndtime in as many weeks that I have noticed that the product was not up to the DD standard at this store, but I wouldn't blame theentire staff, time to retrain some employees. One of those few dunkin?s where you?re better off going through the drive through rather than waiting in line. They prioritize... the drive through because it is only one pay and go area so the wait time could be longer if they didn?t put it first. Theyusually get the orders right and the drive through orders are quick. Read more

*Special dietary requirements beware*As of the last several months the quality of service has greatly declined. Today being the... worst. I have anxiety and high BP and have switched to decaf bc I'm very sensitive to caffine. After arriving at work today Istarted feeling the affects off the caffine from the "decaf" coffe i ordered and I said to my co workers theres no way this isdecaf. They said they could tell bc i was amped up. And now as I sit here at almost 2 am bc I can't sleep I'm writing thisreview. This is what happens when I used to drink caffine. This is extremely concerning as it affects not only my mood but myhealth. God forbid a diabetic asks for sugar free options and they just make whatever they feel like they're going to seriouslyharm someone. I will never be going back here. I'd rather drive out of my way than go back again. I've also been handed otherpeople's drinks. Mine was missing part of the ingredients for the drink. Missing food. And they make you feel like it's you. Read more

There are several locations close by, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I had been going to this one because it's convenient to my... commute. However I have had repeated problems with my on the go order not being ready when I got there. I filled out the surveya few times and the only way I was able to resolve the situation was by ordering ridiculously early. Today, due to Lent, Iordered the beyond sausage wake up wrap. I was give the regular sausage. I called a few times. Twice I was hung up on, andmysteriously disconnected another. My last attempt, the woman flat out told me that I was wrong and I ordered the regularsausage. I'll include photos. You be the judge. Read more
