Awful awful system here. 6-10 Uber drivers crowding the counter, dine in order taking 25+ minutes for a simple burger and... fries. Get your order volume / budgeting under control or just close the dining area because it's pointless to try to get foodhere if you aren't ordering on Uber eats. The app is pretty pointless too as you're just joining a 20 person deep Uber eat linefor food. The staff is trying but are understaffed and underwater. Read more

IMPORTANT! A Salted Caramel chocolate milkshake is a great dip for the outstanding 5GuysFRIES. (You're welcome, Googlers!) Food... was great- online ordering was easy. NOTE: the fries/milkshakes (& I'm pretty sure the hamburger patties themselves) arecooked/prepared when you check in @ the counter- Burger Buns loaded up with toppings specified in each order were lined up andstanding at attention, at the ready for the patties to be plopped, the burgers to be wrapped and tossed in a paper bag fullo'fries. Bonus: complimentary grease stains on each bag, no extra charge! Bottom line: Factor a few extra minutes- more, I'dimagine, at peak times (i ordered during a late afternoon lull, post lunch but pre-dinner) hanging around inside the place, notjust grab n go. The girl at the register taking orders is extremely rude!!. She won't even look me in the face and shes yelling. I asked her if... she can let the kitchen know i have dairy allergy and she said no we dont cross contaminate. Shes busy on her table not evenlooking at the customer in the face and has an attitude!! I asked her something and her reply is i already told you!! Its thegirl with red glasses. Please train your employees to not have attitudes with people genuinely asking questions. Read more

My food was made exactly how I wanted It. Very nice clean looking store. Friendly staff, atleast from my experience. ALWAYS... order ahead of time to beat that line. If prices we're cheaper It would be an easy 5 star. But Five Guys has good quality so Itneeds to charge a little extra. Read more
The best burger in town. Vegetables are fresh. Meat is delicious and bun is so light. Free peanuts while waiting for food. The... staff are great and always busy making burgers. Great location spot with free parking. Read more
The cheese was being put on the burger and just removed and served. Wasn't even kept on the grill for 2 seconds. The bacon was... so much deep fried looked like cinnamon sticks. Hope the chefs are trained at a minimum cooking knowledge or skills Read more
