Hair in food, super rude, no apology, laughter in the back. The only joke is that these older men are working fast food and... can?t even do that correctly, honestly so sad. Food was switched thankfully but with lots of attitude unfortunately. The girlsworking the front were so nice, the kid with glasses and hair braided uses his bare hands to scoop the ice into the drinks. Iseen this while waiting for my new food as he handed the drink thru the drive thru window. If the store owner Runs the footagehe will see for himself. I seen with my own eyes and was in disbelief, bald manager was the one working that gave attitude aswell as no apology, there was a total of 3 strands of beard hair in the food. Also all of the fry?s just sit on the bare countersurface. Sucks that you have to examine your food before eating as well as get attitude, I was so nice to them and I regret it,I shoulda flipped the whole place. Read more
Consistently very good quality food. Sizes are generous. Lobster roll is still the best although the portions have gotten... smaller as the price has increased aggressively. The best cheeseburgers and huge portions of French fries as always. Roast Beefis terrific as are the fried seafood options. Surf and Turf roast beef and small lobster roll is best bang for your buck! The original location on Revere Beach was a staple of my college years in Boston. Si ce then they've opened and closed... additional locations throughout New England. They all serve the same quality roast beef, fries, and the world's greatest onionrings!!! I have a shellfish allergy but Mrs. Wally loves the lobster roll, fried clams,, and of course the onionrings. Friendly staff and great food. Decorated with sights and sounds of the heyday of historic Revere Beach. Read more
Was wanting to try some of the local seafood in the Boston area and stumbled upon Kelly?s. All the seafood is special the roast... beef sandwich done three ways is amazing! The whole belly clams and scallops or some of the best I?ve had. Definitely worth atry. Read more
Absolutely love Kelly's roast beef! My son is a hot dog lover, and strangely enough, loves barbecue on his dogs. They serve... Sweet Baby Ray's which is his favorite. The rest of us loved the just-right roast beef. There's a drive-thru for good food onthe go, and this location, right next to wellington T station is perfectly located. Great all around experience. I've been going to Kelly's since the 80's. The best thing about it was the freshness of everything you got. I got a small roast... beef with mayo, a grilled cheese sandwich, a small frie and 2 vanilla frappes. The roast beef was over cooked ,cold ,dried outand the roll was a little burnt. The grilled cheese sandwich was burnt. The 2 frappes were watery. The fries were the onlybright spot. Oh how the quality has gone down! I'm living off past experiences when they cared and hopefully either I will wakeup and stop going or they will wake up and start taking pride in their food again. I use to tell everyone about them and now Iwouldn't recommend it to anyone. Read more
